Sentinel has expanded its technical team by appointing Ella Cooper to the position of technical support manager.
The move comes in support of the company’s ongoing commitment to invest in the rapidly developing UK market, and comes at a time of major growth for Sentinel.
Ella will provide technical support for designated product ranges and new product development. She will also commission and supervise external providers, as well as liaise with suppliers on technical training.
Further responsibilities include managing external resources in testing, quality, certification and compliance, as well as supporting customers – and sales, marketing and service team colleagues – in resolving product/application issues.
