RAK Ceramics PJSC has pledged that it is to support to the victims of the earthquake that hit parts of Turkey and Syria, by joining hands with Abu Dhabi-based Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
In efforts to rebuild the earthquake-hit region, RAK Ceramics is to be contributing more than 1,000 pallets of Tiles and Sanitaryware products in construction aid, as organised by the Foundation. The earthquakes, that occurred on the 6 February were followed by multiple less-powerful tremors and aftershocks which led to thousands of casualties and left millions of people homeless.
Abdallah Massaad, group CEO of RAK Ceramics, said: “Our deepest thoughts are with the people and communities affected by this tragic natural disaster. We hope that, with this initiative, we contribute to the rebuilding of affected communities bringing relief to the victims.”
