Lakes has hired Marten Baker as its new head of product development.
Marten will work alongside the Tewkesbury-based business’ project and design engineering team and leadership team to look at developing its product range across the short, medium and long term.
Marten brings almost four decades of market experience and product knowledge to the table, a statement has said.
