Stuart Turner Group said it has partnered with Clarity Leadership to develop its next generation of female leaders within the business.
The course is dedicated to female leaders and will span a period of six months. Eight colleagues from across the business have been selected through statement submissions and individual interviews with Olympic athlete Sarah Winckless MBE and one of Clarity’s senior business coaches.
Clarity described the Female Leadership course as focusing on enabling each woman to feel empowered, enlightened and energised, spending time on finding purpose and giving the delegates the tools to speak with confidence and influence. Clarity’s senior business coaches lead the workshops, it noted, as well as sharing principals and commercial examples to add valuable context and real-world detail.
Between the workshops, delegates have individual coaching and peer-to-peer mentoring and support with Sally Walker for coaching and Laura Hart for voice and speaking skills.
Dominic Hill, CEO of Stuart Turner Group, said: “I have a long established relationship with the Clarity Leadership team and they will be a great partner for us to develop and empower the highly talented female leaders we have across the business.
“Our industry is typically male dominated so it’s great to implement this development programme to help nurture the female minority to excel in their careers and maximise their potential. I’m passionate about people development and this is the first step in a number of initiatives we are undertaking across the Stuart Turner Group.”
