Irish pipes and fittings brand Instantor has officially launched its UK portfolio this summer.
Instantor’s press solutions, including copper press fittings for both gas and water, were showcased at Installer Show alongside a range of press tools and jaw sets. A statement said that demonstrations of the Instantor Press Tool were particularly popular at last month’s event, with visitors remarking on its ease of use as the Instantor team showed how it was around 35% faster than more traditional methods.
Alan Hogan, Heating & Plumbing divisional managing director, said: “We chose Installer Show as the platform to launch the Instantor UK portfolio because it presented the perfect opportunity to demonstrate our products directly to our target audience. Instantor products are developed by installers for installers and are exhaustively tested to ensure they provide unrivalled reliability and true ‘fit and forget’ solutions. Seeing is believing and our product demonstrations really resonated with the tradespeople that visited our stand.
“Installer Show enabled us to reach a large number of merchants, specifiers and installers, to strongly support the launch of Instantor in the UK. It has been reported that Installer Show received a record number of visitors this year, with over 20,000 guests over the three days, which certainly surpassed our expectations. We have invested heavily in our UK portfolio and have already strengthened our UK team with two new sales managers. Our aim for the rest of the year is to continue to build on this momentum and develop new partnerships with some incredible tradespeople across the UK.”
The Instantor stand at Installer Show was supported by sister company, Tucson Pumps. Tucson exhibited its range of shower, circulation and cold water booster pumps at the show.
A competition was also held on the Instantor stand with visitors taking on the Press for Prizes buzzer game for the chance to win an Instantor Press Tool.
Alan added: “Thank you to everyone that visited the Instantor stand at Installer Show. There was a real buzz around our area and we relished the enthusiasm of the exhibition’s attendees.”
