Grant UK has appointed Gary Muir, Ian Lawley and Craig Payne as its new regional specification managers.
The company said it has developed the new specification team to increase its sales support for developers and those working in the new build property sector as well as housing associations.
It added that they will be working closely with Andy Smith, Grant UK’s national sales manager, to provide existing developments and prospective new build sites with tailored sales support with product specification, installation and the customer handovers.

For the last 10 years, Ian has been working for a heating controls manufacturer, focusing on specification selling, delivering technical product training.
Craig Payne is Grant UK’s new regional specification manager for the West of England and Wales. After finishing his education with a degree in Electronic Engineering, Craig became an area sales manager for a manufacturer, managing the accounts of independent merchants in South Wales.
