Rubberduck Bathrooms has acquired an additional 6,000 sq ft of storage space, bringing its total warehousing capacity to 18,000 sq ft.
A company statement said that this strategic move will enable Rubberduck Bathrooms to “better serve both local and national customers”, as well as support the company’s plans for future growth.
The new warehouse is located next to the company’s existing storage facility.
A company spokesperson said: “At Rubberduck Bathrooms, we’re always looking for opportunities to progress and grow the business. When the chance arose to acquire the warehouse right next door, it was too good an opportunity to pass up.”
The additional space will allow Rubberduck Bathrooms to stock an even wider range of bathroom products and new product lines, the statement added.
By holding a larger inventory on-site, Rubberduck Bathrooms said it can provide faster access to essential products, making it easier for professionals to get the supplies they need when they need them.
The spokesperson added: “Speed and reliability are crucial in this industry, especially for local tradespeople. This new facility allows us to meet their needs more effectively and build stronger relationships within the community.
“Branching into tiles is an exciting new chapter for us. With the extra space, we can offer an extensive selection that complements our existing bathroom products, giving customers more choices for their renovation projects.”
