Stiebel Eltron UK has launched a new Partner Programme, which it said includes a range of benefits to support installers, such as training, technical advice and planning, access to an online B2B web shop which offers additional discount levels and customer lead generation.

The company stated that the new programme is designed to address the specific needs of professionals at different levels, whether they are new to the industry or experienced veterans.

Stiebel Eltron said that partners can “graduate” from Installer Partners to Professional Partners and then to Specialist Partners.

Those who have reached Professional Partner will be listed on Stiebel Eltron’s installer search platform and see their services recommended by the company to potential customers.

As a Specialist Partner, installers will receive additional access to customer-focused events, repair training, access to a dedicated technical support team, and ongoing marketing support.

Stiebel Eltron added that the formal partnership programme is the latest development in Stiebel Eltron’s ongoing commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions in the heating and ventilation sector across the country.
