Flamerite Fires has signed an OEM agreement and global sales agent agreement with Luxstar.
The official signing has been completed at the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Expo (HPBExpo) 2025, which took place from 26 to 29 March in New Orleans. At the event, the two companies showcased two new co-created products for 2025: a stove that can be freestanding or hanging, and a holographic fire. Flamerite also displayed its E-FX 1500 fireplace.
According to a company statement, under the terms of the agreement Luxstar is set to manufacture selected products on an OEM basis for Flamerite, while Flamerite’s designs and brand power will become an integral part of Luxstar’s global growth strategy.
Mark McIvor, chair of Flamerite Fires, said: “For 25 years, Flamerite has built an unparalleled reputation for quality, design, and service within the electric fireplace industry. By combining our design leadership with Luxstar’s impressive scale and global infrastructure, we are unlocking new opportunities to bring our products to a wider audience, faster than ever before.”
