Remeha Commercial has expanded its range of training courses to include free introductory courses for apprentice heating engineers and free continuing professional development (CPD) sessions for consultants and specifiers at its dedicated training facility in Wokingham.
To coincide with National Apprenticeship Week (March 9–13), Remeha Commercial is opening the doors of its training centre to the future generation of heating engineers, with the offer of a free two-day course on the Remeha range of high-efficiency condensing boilers.
The course will include theory sessions on all aspects of installation, servicing and commissioning of these products. Apprentices are required to be accompanied by experienced, Gas Safe registered engineers for eligibility.
In addition, Remeha Commercial is offering free CIBSE-accredited CPD sessions to consultants and specifiers on its latest products, Fusion Hybrid.
Mark Northcott, managing director of Remeha Commercial, said:
“We are delighted to offer these free courses to apprentices to help support the training of our future engineers. Apprenticeships have the double advantage of economically benefiting UK businesses while offering our youth a fast route into the building services sector. In terms of the CPD sessions, we are increasingly collaborating with consultants and specifiers to design the most sustainable heating solution to meet individual requirements, maximising effective use of energy and avoiding an energy performance gap. This is an additional level of support that we are pleased to provide.”
