A warming cuppa and a sausage and bacon sandwich is always a welcoming start for early morning tradesmen and for a number of years the Horstmann Roadshow has been a regular visitor to the plumbing and heating merchants around the UK.
After a few months off the road for a refresh, the trailer is now back in full swing and is available for visits to merchants as part of a promotion or simply to provide an opportunity for plumbing and heating installers to discuss the latest Horstmann innovations and established products.
Inside the vehicle a comprehensive range of programmers, timers, thermostats and hot water controls are displayed, all in working mode for easy demonstration, with a Horstmann area sales manager on hand to provide expert advice.
Horstmann marketing manager, James Palmer, said: “The Roadshow is one of our most popular promotions.
“As many will testify, operator, Will Snelling, cooks a mean bacon butty, with tea and coffee to liven up an early start. He has a programme which takes in visits to merchants and wholesalers nationwide.
“When Will visits a distributor’s premises the roadshow offers a chance for our team to demonstrate the latest products, talk technical with the people who matter and of course provide hospitality.”
