HomeServe Alliance, home emergency repairs business, has officially launched its franchise programme across the country. HomeServe Alliance has been trialling its service over the past year with six heating organisations, supporting them on their marketing and sales, and allowing the local businesses to focus on delivering customer service.
Steve Emmerson, managing director of HomeServe Alliance Franchising, said: “We are delighted to be officially launching this month after successfully trialling with partners across the country. We aim to partner with 160 heating companies across the UK with the objective of significantly increasing their turnover. Our first partner has seen its turnover double during the trial.”
Partners will be offered a territory and HomeServe Alliance will manage all of their digital, marketing and sales requirements, with the aim of driving leads to the business. As part of the partnership, the business will also offer sales training to ensure the leads are converted to jobs.
Steve said: “When we are looking for partners, we seek business owners of local heating organisations who are focussed on delivering unsurpassed customer services. This is what makes the partnership work. We remain focussed on delivering leads and the local businesses can stay focussed on providing a great service.”
The franchise arrangement aims to increase the turnover for heating companies by employing the latest digital and marketing techniques, as well as ensuring local companies can benefit from economy of scale of working with a national business.
