With summer on the way, now is the time to get active again after the winter weather discouraged everyone from going outside. Graham Plumbers’ Merchant aims to highlight to its customers and staff the benefits of a healthy lifestyle – in particular on its annual Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) day.

During the last EHS day, those who visited Graham branches were reminded of simple ways to stay healthy and reduce stress, as well as small changes that could have lasting health benefits. The event also provided an opportunity to promote the work of Graham’s together charity partners.

Staying active is key to a healthy lifestyle – helping to maintain a normal weight and preventing a range of conditions including heart disease. It also has an important role to play in protecting mental health too.

The next Graham EHS day is on October 11, 2017 so keep a look out for details in your local branch.

5. Maximum of 50 Graham pedometers will be given away. Entrants can only win one prize each.

6. Closing date for entry will be at midnight on Friday, June 2, 2017. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. 9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. The prize is as seen and will be sent to the winners following the closing date of the competition.

11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
