Calor to hold Open Day

Calor

Calor Calor is hosting a free Installer Open Day on October 3, to help rural installers gain a better understanding of LPG, how it can benefit their customers and business, and the advantages of working alongside Calor.

Recent statistics from Transparency Market Research indicate that the LPG market is expanding rapidly, with an annual growth rate of 3.8% forecast until 2018, so there is a growing demand for systems that use this off-grid gas.

The event is being held at the new Calor Gas National Training Centre, Stoney Stanton, Leicestershire, and is the ideal opportunity for domestic and commercial heating installers to learn more about the benefits of working with LPG, and how Calor is able to support them.

Starting at 10am, the day will comprise of a number of short training sessions, ending around 4.30pm. However, installers are free to arrive at any time and join in sessions that interest them.

Topics covered within the sessions will include ‘LPG vs other off grid fuels’, ‘working with Calor’, and ‘tank and cylinder siting’. Additionally, there will be numerous site tours throughout the day, including the cylinder filling plant, and the opportunity to see all the storage tank types available.

Calor domestic and commercial, bulk and cylinder sales representatives will be in attendance, along with representatives from Worcester, Bosch Group and Daikin, so it’s a great opportunity for installers to network as well as gaining valuable knowledge.

But it’s not all educational, there will also be a fun activity for installers to join in with, including a chance to win some prizes.

Attendees will also receive a selection of Calor goodies, and food and drink will be provided all day.
