Ideal Boilers manufacturer’s scheme has been awarded Best Long Term Loyalty Programme and Loyalty Programme of the Year – Western Europe, at the international Loyalty Magazine Awards.

Installer Connect rewards installers with points when they buy and install an Ideal boiler and register it on the online portal. Points can be redeemed on a range of tools including workwear, training courses and the Marketing Toolbox, where installers can order leaflets, flyers, business cards and other marketing material, personalised with their logo. Points can also be redeemed for other rewards, including high street vouchers.
In addition to its web-based portal, Installer Connect is also available as a smart-phone app, designed to make using all the features, including registering boilers, even easier. Those features include free Gas Safe notification, easy warranty registration, service reminders, fault finding assistance and the ability to check your Installer Connect points balance.
