I was just reading April’s copy of HPM about cold homes and how the government seems to think that plumbers and heating engineers should report the persons at risk to the appropriate bodies.
Perhaps the government should set a side funds that could be allocated to pay for the extra time and paper work this would create. We are not welfare workers. We’re in business to make money, not wipe backsides!
