Armstrong Fluid Technology marked its 90th anniversary this April.
According to a company statement, the anniversary was celebrated by Armstrong’s offices globally, with events reflecting the cultural traditions of its international teams.
The company was founded in Toronto, Canada, in 1934 by Samuel Allan Armstrong. Armstrong operates eight manufacturing facilities across four continents.
The statement said that in 1952 the company, under the leadership of James Allan Cary Armstrong, adopted a series of strategic initiatives that reshaped its operations and facilitated international growth.
Charles Armstrong, the current chairman, said: “Innovation and a focus on customer experiences remain at the heart of what we do. We are proud of our contributions to sustainability and the positive impact our optimization focus has had through our work.
“As Armstrong Fluid Technology looks to the future, it remains dedicated to advancing intelligent fluid-flow technology, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting sustainability in its practices.”
