Baxi has won an award for digital marketing at the UK Business Awards 2016. The company was recognised for its innovative approach to its popular Baxi Works loyalty scheme.
Baxi was commended for its innovative online loyalty scheme for heating engineers, which was completely redeveloped and relaunched earlier this year. The judges were impressed with the quantity and quality of customer insight carried out to ensure the new scheme met and exceeded the needs of its customers, and then how the platform was built enabling Baxi to prioritise, support and reward installers.
Following a live presentation to judges, Baxi saw off stiff competition from mobile marketing specialist, Redbox Mobile, to claim the digital marketing prize.
It’s the latest in a string of awards for Baxi after Baxi Genuine Parts won two categories and was fifth overall in the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards and Baxi Customer Support came first in the small contact centre category at the UK Customer Experience Awards.
