To celebrate 40 years in business, Core Heating and Electrical Solutions is launching new renewable energy services, including air source heat pumps, battery storage systems, EV chargers and solar panel installation in Bristol.
Lee Wilshire, the founder of Core Heating and Electrical Solutions, began his journey into renewables by installing solar panels and an air source heat pump on his own property. Witnessing the “significant” cost savings and environmental benefits first hand, he said that he quickly recognised the potential for other Bristol residents and businesses to benefit.
Lee said: “Our move into renewable energy is about more than just keeping up with the times—it’s about helping our clients build a greener, more sustainable future. I’ve tested these systems myself and have seen the difference they make, both in terms of reducing energy bills and supporting the planet.”
According to a company statement, Core Heating and Electrical Solutions is registered with “leading” industry bodies, including NICIEC, MCS and NAPIT. The company serves clients in areas such as Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Swindon and across the South West.
The business also maintains a “strong focus” on affordability, it noted, ensuring that eco-friendly solutions are accessible to a wide audience. By tailoring its services to the needs of the local community, Core Heating and Electrical Solutions said it is reinforcing its position as a “trusted partner” in Bristol’s ongoing push toward sustainability.
As the demand for renewable energy grows, Core Heating and Electrical Solutions stated that it is poised to expand its services even further. Lee added that his long-term vision includes helping more businesses and residents in Bristol and the Southwest adopt green technologies to reduce energy costs and environmental impact.
Lee explained: “Forty years in this industry has taught me that trust, innovation, and community focus are what matter most. We are proud to be part of Bristol’s journey toward a more sustainable future, and we’re excited to see what the next chapter holds.”
