Distributor E.Tupling held a much anticipated annual event for its industry partners, including HPM magazine, last week.
The outdoor get together, held at its Warrington Distribution centre, attracted more than 150 merchant customers, as well as manufacturers and other key industry personnel who travelled as far as Kent, Wales and Scotland.
In total, 24 of the UK building plastics and underfloor heating manufacturers who E.Tupling distributes for fully championed the event supported by numerous demonstrations, informative conversations and free samples.
A dedicated renewables event zone provided the opportunity to demonstrate manufacturers’ technical and innovative product ranges from air source heat pumps, pre-insulated pipe and mechanical ventilation heat recovery to brand new underfloor heating systems.
Claire Briars, marketing manger at E. Tupling said: “The entire day was meticulously planned to provide an informative and captivating networking experience; including personalised guided tours of our 25,000sq.ft. warehouse and offices, free food and drink all day, and 24 market-leading manufacturer exhibitions. The event also provided an opportunity to raise vital funds for our corporate charity, The Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation. More than £500 was raised for the charity throughout the day, even Wolfie, the Rugby Team’s mascot even made a special appearance.”
Customer Ben Fox, buyer at Plumbcall added: “The E.Tupling Annual Event is always an incredible occasion. No one else in our sector does anything like this, it is a rare and very special opportunity to speak to all of the key players and manufacturers within the industry. I have learnt so much by being there and look forward to enhancing my business with the new products and ranges of interest from the event.”
