As part of Retrofit Action Week South West, Grant UK is set to host a Heat Pump Spotlight Event at its headquarters in Wiltshire on Wednesday 26 March 2025.
The event will open from 10am will commence at 10.30am with a presentation by Craig Payne, Grant UK’s regional specification manager for the West of England and Wales. This will be followed by a talk from Olivia Smalley, head of policy and communications at the Heat Pump Association (HPA), focusing on the heat pump industry.
An informal Q&A session with Craig and Olivia will follow before guests will be given a tour of Grant UK’s Training Academy and heat pump training facilities. The event will then finish with refreshments and networking.

It should be a great opportunity for those working in local authorities and social housing organisations to come together to develop their knowledge of heat pumps and feel ready to take the next steps towards incorporating low carbon technologies into their own properties and developments. We are also very pleased to be joined by Olivia Smalley from the HPA to share greater insight into the heat pump industry.”
