Ideal Heating has announced that installers can earn double Premier Club points this week, to help them secure a place on its Premier Club 2026 trip.
During ‘reveal week,’ beginning 17 February, Ideal will be sharing details on its 2026 trip to Hollywood, California and Los Cabos in Mexico.
Installers can earn double Premier Club points for registering a range of Ideal’s boilers, heat pumps and smart controls until midnight on the 23 February.
Those who hit the required passport points target are guaranteed a spot on the trip.
Luke Pykett, head of marketing at Ideal Heating, said: “Premier Club 2026 is shaping up to be our most exciting trip yet and we can’t wait to share with installers what we’ve been working on behind the scenes.
“From the glamour of Hollywood to the paradise of Los Cabos, this is the ultimate reward for our installers. We’re pulling out all the stops to make sure Premier Club remains the best of the best in the industry.
“There are no factory tours, complicated terms, league tables or limited places with us. The qualification process is as simple as ever – hit your passport points target and your place is guaranteed. It’s as simple as that.
“The feedback from the trips has been overwhelming as word of mouth spread with installers which has seen our biggest interest ever.”
According to a company statement, feedback on previous trips ranged from “mind-blowingly brilliant” and “the experience of a lifetime,” to “first-class” and “out of this world”.
Carl Goddard runs CG Plumbing and Home Services, based in Goole, East Yorkshire, and joined Ideal Heating in Dubai for Premier Club 2024.
Dubai was Carl’s third Premier Club trip, having previously travelled with Ideal Heating to Miami and Las Vegas.
He said: “From start to finish, the service and experience we received in Dubai was absolutely first-class. Having been on previous Premier Club trips, I can definitely say this one was the best.
“I’m not normally someone who is lost for words, but some of the things we did out there just blew me away. I went on the yacht cruise and the helicopter ride, as well as the driving experience.

Premier Club points can be earned by registering a range of Ideal Heating’s boilers, heat pumps, and smart controls via the Connect platform. Installers who’ve qualified for previous trips will also receive loyalty points.
