Ideal Heating has launched its More Than Boilers campaign, featuring the hashtag #morethanboilers.
The company has said that the aim of the campaign is to celebrate the ‘people, expertise and innovation’ behind its products.
Mark Derbyshire, managing director (domestic products) at Groupe Atlantic UK and Republic of Ireland, parent company of Ideal Heating, said: “There’s so much more to us than our products that are in millions of homes and businesses. Our More Than Boilers campaign is an opportunity to give our customers an insight into what lies behind our heating and hot water solutions, including the talented and dedicated people we have across all departments at Ideal Heating.”
The campaign includes a video shared on the company’s social media channels featuring employees bringing the More Than Boilers story to life.
All of Ideal Heating’s domestic boilers, from the Logic Max and Vogue Max combi to the Logic+ Heat, are manufactured to be ‘future-proof’, the company has said. From the moment they roll off the production line, they’re ready to be converted from natural gas to a 20% hydrogen blend.
Ideal Heating’s customer service team offers support to installers and customers 364 days a year, a statement has said. The team is supported by a network of over 150 service engineers.
Ideal Heating invests £1m every year providing low-cost training to installers and has created a new National Training & Technology Centre.
According to a statement, the More Than Boilers campaign also celebrates Ideal Heating’s commitment to apprenticeships across the company and how these roles create a pipeline of talent for the business into the future.
