Organic Energy has launched the EasyPell High Temperature R290 air source heat pump.

Andy Boroughs, the company’s managing director, said: “It can deal with heating and domestic hot water in one system. Using ambient air as the primary heat source is a sustainable way of heating your building. It’s both cost effective and climate friendly.”

The EasyPell pump is suitable for all heat emission systems including radiators, underfloor heating and wall heating, it said.

According to Organic Energy, the system is “future proofed” for emerging technology with a cascade and hybrid function that means it can be extended to other devices or heating sources in one holistic system.

It can also be combined with a PV system to store surplus energy and it has an integrated Smart Grid function.

Andy added: “We are looking for installers to become part of our trusted partner network making the most of our fast delivery times, free technical support, competitive pricing and the EasyPell pump’s three-year warranty with a five-year warranty for the compressor.”

He said that the EasyPell was one of the quietest air source heat pumps available with a double insulated compressor, smart fan design and acoustically designed casing. Its noise output is less than 50dB with a night reduction feature included in the design.

All the settings for the EasyPell system can be used alongside a free app which gives the user an overview of real-time performance as well as historical consumption data.
