Panasonic partners with British Gas

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has entered into a new partnership agreement with British Gas to provide servicing and maintenance for Panasonic Aquarea Air Source Heat Pumps installed across the UK.

According to a company statement, this collaboration ensures homeowners benefit from British Gas’ network of engineers trained to keep Aquarea heat pumps running efficiently and reliably for households nationwide.

British Gas engineers have completed comprehensive, hands-on training, equipping them with the skills necessary for maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of the Panasonic Aquarea Heat Pumps, it added.

Enrique Vilamitjana, managing director at Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe, said: “Our technology leads the way in air source heat pump development, and we want to ensure our customers can access reliable and experienced service engineers no matter where they are in the country. The agreement was marked at ISH 2025, Frankfurt on 17 March.
