National independent plumber’s merchant, Plumbase, has gone into partnership with heating systems manufacturer, Viessmann, that will significantly increase access to same day and next day spare parts availability this heating season.
A wide range of essential and commonly requested spare parts will be available at 66 Plumbase branches across the UK.
Each of those partner branches, which are based at various locations with large Viessmann boiler populations across the UK, will offer a core selection of same-day spares, with further stock availability held at Plumbase’s main distribution centre for next day in-store delivery.
The new Viessmann spares will be added to the core stock at those locations, meaning that if for any reason one of the 66 branches does not have an item on the shelf, Plumbase will source and supply it free of charge.
