Pump Technology has completed a sponsorship deal with Rugby League’s London Broncos.
The Pump Technology logo will now feature on the back of the team’s shirts and will also feature on pitch-side boards and various other promotional media associated with the club.
Ever since Jeremy Brownlee, the company’s chair and an ex rugby player himself, founded Pump Technology over 30 years ago they have supported and been involved with rugby in all its forms, from youth sides right up to the professional game, the company said.
Pump Technology is a major supporter of the London Irish Foundation, who were instrumental in making this deal work. LIF also intends to regularly run charity events at the Broncos games.
Jonathan Barker, Pump Technology’s managing director, said: “We are excited to have been able to secure the back-of-the-shirts spot and know that this will increase our brand visibility across the media. We look forward to a long and successful relationship with London Broncos, utilising this to develop our work in the community with our friends at the London Irish Foundation.”
Mark Kemp, head of commercial, added: “We are delighted to have Jeremy, Jonathan and all the guys at Pump Technology involved with us through this sponsorship. We would like to thank Andy and his team at the London Irish Foundation for the introduction and bringing this partnership together and we are all looking forward to working together over the coming season and beyond.”
