Roca Group has acquired Idral, an Italian manufacturer that specialises in self-closing faucets and taps for public and semi-public spaces.
A company statement said that this strengthens Roca Group’s faucets division, enhancing its position in the market for public and communal bathrooms, such as schools, hospitals and the hospitality industry.
Idral’s portfolio of products both complements Roca Group’s existing lines and offers potential for growth in this sector across Europe, it cited.
