Service Box said it is looking to expand its collaborations with retailers and manufacturers of household appliances, including boilers and heat pumps, that share its commitment to sustainability.

The appliance aftercare specialist has a nationwide network of over 1,000 engineers and has partnerships with several manufacturers, including Volution, Qvantum, Nobili, Sharp and Polaroid. The company added that its partnership model extends the product lifespan of household appliances and ensures that when an item is beyond repair, it is replaced with a like-for-like product from the same brand.

Jonathan Pavey, CEO of Service Box, said: “We want to work with businesses that believe in longevity over disposability. By working together, we can create a repair-first ecosystem that benefits manufacturers, retailers and most importantly, customers who want to make more sustainable choices.”

Service Box stated that it is also eager to play a role in helping new and challenger brands enter the UK market by offering a fully integrated aftercare solution.

Jonathan added: “For manufacturers expanding into the UK, having a strong aftercare solution is essential. Our one-stop service provides everything needed to support customers from the outset, allowing challenger brands to focus on growth while we take care of service and repairs.”
