Stelrad Radiators is inviting people to visit the online Liverpool Retrofit Summit which is set to take place between 31 January and 2 February.
Stelrad’s specification manager for the North West, Paul Barlow, is due to be presenting on day three of the event, highlighting the role radiators can play in decarbonising homes across the UK.
Representatives of Stelrad have said that the company is pleased to be able to support the activities promoted by the Low Carbon Homes team. In the UK, domestic property energy consumption equates to 14% of UK carbon emissions, according to business representatives.
The Summit covers three key themes, focused on accelerating energy use reduction through multiple approaches and partnerships between private and public sector organisations across the six local authorities that make up the Combined Authority.
Liverpool Retrofit Summit is free to attend online using the dynamic REMO event platform across three mornings from 9am-12pm, Tuesday 31 January to Thursday 2 February, enabling housing providers and local authority staff as well as installers, contractors, consultants and surveyors to drop in from any location to suit their schedules.
