Stelrad Radiators said it will be celebrating National Customer Service Week, which takes place from 7 to 11 October this year.
National Customer Service Week is a week-long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy, according to a company statement.
Stelrad has been awarded the ServiceMark and to maintain its membership of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS). ServiceMark is a national standard recognising an organisation’s achievement in customer service and its commitment to upholding those standards, the statement said. ServiceMark is awarded based on customer satisfaction feedback and an assessment of employee engagement with the organisation’s customer service strategy.
Stelrad said its overall Business Benchmarking customer service index stands at 90.5%. The survey highlights that Stelrad customers are most satisfied with the reputation of the organisation, with the competence of its staff and the helpfulness of the team.
Tracey Wadkin, Stelrad’s customer service manager, said: “When we first achieved the ServiceMark back in 2019 we recognised there were areas of our performance that needed attention, and the latest figures highlight that we have made significant progress. It goes without saying that we cannot rest on our laurels, and we must maintain the standards we have set and improve still further to be able to claim world standard customer service, but we can be very pleased in general with the progress we have made and the reputation we have built in a relatively short period. I’d like to thank all the members of the Stelrad team that have embraced this drive for excellence in the customer service environment.
“We’re looking forward to celebrating National Customer Service week in 2024 and to further improving our standing in the months ahead.”
