Employees at Triton Showers have run, walked and cycled to raise vital funds for Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice, as part of an ongoing partnership with the Coventry-based charity.
Workers raised the company’s fundraising total to £2,800 for 2021 and Triton agreed to make an additional donation to £3,300 so that the grand total would cover the cost of a day’s care.
Tina Simpson, marketing director at Triton Showers said: “Our collaboration with Zoë’s Place is extremely important to everyone at Triton. As a result, everyone was keen to get involved with our ‘Get Moving’ initiative in a bid to cover the cost of care for a whole day.
“We are so pleased to be able to help the hard-working professionals who play such an integral role in looking after those in the local community. The work they carry out has a huge impact on a number of families, allowing parents and guardians to have a well-earned rest, confident in the knowledge that their child is in good hands.”
