A major sales team expansion at ADEY Professional Heating Solutions is equipping the UK manufacturer for an ambitious growth plan over the next three years.
The re-structure involves four key promotions rewarding success within the existing sales team along with further recruitment to support the company’s continuing expansion in domestic and commercial filters and premium chemicals to maintain and protect central heating systems.
Richard Wright is promoted to regional director, north. In addition to his key national account duties, he will manage the northern sales team with responsibility across ADEY’s growing product portfolio.
Claire Baron has been promoted to regional director, south. Following seven successful years with the business, she has progressed from the early days of introducing magnetic filtration to the market across domestic and commercial sectors.
Darran Burrage is promoted to the new role of business development manager with a UK-wide remit covering special projects across the product ranges.
And Steve Warrington becomes business development manager, independent merchants, giving him a dedicated role to raise ADEY’s product brands across the independent sector nationally.
ADEY’s sales director, Paul Strudley, said: “It continues to be full steam ahead at ADEY and it’s an incredibly exciting time for the business. We’ve doubled turnover during the last three years and we’re planning to continue to grow significantly over the next three.”
