With over 15 years’ experience within the heating and hot water industry, Shaun Mansbridge has been appointed the new business development director for Bosch Commercial and Industrial, following the retirement of Geoff Hobbs earlier this year.
Shaun joined Worcester, Bosch Group, in 1999, specialising in logistics and supply chain management for the leading domestic boiler manufacturer. Under his leadership in this area, the manufacturer established a 99.5% on time and in full delivery standard focusing on product availability through the supply chain.
While continuing to lead within this role, Shaun was then appointed customer services director. Since then, the award-winning customer service department has become renowned within the industry for putting its customer first and striving to ensure the customer offering was industry leading.
In his new role Shaun has the aim of continuing to build the profile of Bosch Commercial and Industrial in the UK and increase market share following two consecutive years of significant growth for the business.
Shaun said: “I consider this an excellent opportunity to bring my years of customer service experience to Bosch Commercial and Industrial, with the ultimate aim of taking the company forward, building on the strong foundation that Geoff Hobbs established, I intend to replicate the success of the domestic brand to the commercial and industrial market.
“In recent years the business has been going from strength to strength due to our adaptable product range, the sustained success of our innovative Combined Heat and Power modules and the launch of our new Variable Refrigerant Flow range. It is products such as these, alongside our industry leading technical expertise, which allow us to offer complete solutions to industrial, commercial and residential properties nationwide.
“Bosch is already synonymous with excellent customer service and high quality products and in my new role, I’m aiming to increase awareness of this with both prospective new customers and those who are already familiar with or use our systems.
I am incredibly proud to be taking on this position and wish Geoff all the best in his retirement.”
