David Bainbridge has been promoted from northern specification sales manager to national specification sales director at leading radiator brand Stelrad Radiators.
David, from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, has been with the company since 2002 having joined the company as specification manager for the North East.
“It’s been 17 exciting years working for the UK brand leader. I’m proud to be asked to head up such a talented and enthusiastic team for such a strong and well-respected brand in the heating sector,” he said.
In addition to David’s new role, four of the Stelrad’s brand specialist team have been promoted to join the specification team – with Annabel Bianchi joining the team in East Anglia, Elliott Hart stepping up to look after Yorkshire. Lewis Aird will now be specification manager for the North East and Cumbria whilst Oz Kasciukaitis joins the team responsible for the South East, including much of South London.
Chris Harvey, head of marketing for Stelrad, said: “David has been with us for 17 years and knows the business inside out. He has proved himself more than capable of taking on the national specification sales director role having successfully run the Northern region for many years for us and we wish him well as he takes on this pivotal role in the organisation.
“I’m also delighted for the four brand specialists who have been promoted to the specification team. This proves again that there is a logical path from the brand specialists team up to the key roles in the specification team and beyond. These four have proved themselves and deserve their opportunity to take on these more senior roles.”
