There’s a new marketing team at JTL – one of the leading work based learning organisations in the UK, specialising in the building engineering services sector.
Working nationally across each of JTL’s seven regions in England and Wales, the new team comprises six marketing professionals who together deliver JTL’s marketing activity, covering digital and online communications, advertising, public relations, learner, parent and employer literature, as well as other course and support materials, market research projects and events.
The company specialises in the delivery of traineeships and apprenticeships in the electrical, HVAC, plumbing and facilities management sectors.
Based at JTL’s dedicated Birmingham Centre, the marketing team is managed by head of marketing and communications, Cathie Foster, who has devised an evolving programme of activity to build on JTL’s success, which coincides with significant diversification and growth for the business.
Campaign managers, Hayley Barry and Angela Sprason, are working alongside Cathie to mastermind and implement marketing activity relating to learners and employers respectively.
