PJH has announced the appointment of Lynn Statham as head of people.
In this newly created role, PJH said Lynn will be responsible for shaping and leading its people strategy, reinforcing its commitment to employee engagement, learning and development, and organisational growth.
She will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, employee experience, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion.
Lynn has over two decades in HR leadership. Prior to joining PJH, she held senior HR roles at Culina Logistics and The Pallet Network (TPN).
