In order to reward those who have demonstrated remarkable customer service, Graham Plumbers’ Merchant is asking customers to once again nominate their ‘Graham Customer Hero’ as part of its ‘Graham Heroes’ awards.
The ‘Graham Heroes’ Awards look to recognise members of the Graham team for their excellent services to the company, celebrating outstanding workmanship and top-quality customer service. The plumbers’ merchant is looking for help in the ‘Customer Hero’ Award category, with customers invited to name a staff member who they feel has excelled in their role this year.
To nominate a member of the Graham team for the ‘Customer Hero’ Award, e-mail: heroes@grahamplumbersmerchant.co.uk by October 20, 2016 with a few details, including:
- Who you are nominating (name and location)
- Why you are nominating that particular member of staff
- The nominators name, company and contact details
The top three short-listed ‘Customer Heroes’ will all be invited to the company’s awards ceremony and dinner at Graham’s annual conference, hosted in Birmingham in November.
