Dudley’s cistern components offer a raft of benefits for installers and plumbers that are ideal for both domestic bathrooms and commercial washrooms.
The UK based manufacturer holds an extensive portfolio of water-saving products under the Dudley brand. Some popular among installers and plumbers include the UK’s market-leading syphon, Turbo 88, Dudley Niagara (mechanical and pneumatic) flushing valves and Hydroflo inlet valves (with professional brass tail and delay-fill options).
Dudley Turbo 88 is the original two-part syphon, which can be serviced in under five minutes without having to disconnect the water supply and dismantle the cistern. Offering full and reduced flushing as well as a six/seven/nine litre convertible, the syphon also has an internal overflow. The new adjustable version extends from 191mm (7½) to 214mm (9½”) to provide an easier solution that fits most lever operated cisterns. The popular syphon, is WRAS approved and ideal for use as a replacement in most ceramic exposed and plastic concealed cisterns.
Great for use in most ceramic or plastic exposed cisterns, with internal heights of 330mm – 408mm, Dudley Niagara mechanical dualflush valve holds a universal design, offering a six/four litre dualflush. Designed with a stylish chrome plated pushbutton, this valve minimises maintenance time as the bayonet fitting enables the valve body to be simply removed from the cistern – without disconnecting the mains water supply or dismantling the cistern. The product also comes with WRAS approval and a long-life silicon rubber seal. There is also a pneumatic option available.
Dudley’s Hydroflo inlet float valves provide a reliable and permanent solution, passing rigorous 200,000 cycle endurance tests and a 0.5 – 14 bar pressure tests. Every valve is 100% tested before leaving the factory and comes complete with a lay flat silence tube for extremely quiet filling.
WRAS approved Hydroflo valves feature two backflow prevention devices. An air break above the silence tube and a special membrane inside the head of the valve combine to offer one of the safest float valves available. A ratchet on the float arm enables precise water level adjustments to be made and once set the float level stays firmly in place. Bottom and side inlet versions, with professional brass tails are available.
All products are designed to make installation and servicing simple and are rigorously tested before being made available to customers.
