Gas, plumbing and electrical training specialist Steve Willis Training Centres has just had its Matrix accreditation renewed, reflecting its ongoing commitment to maintaining quality in the provision of information, advice and guidance as an integral part of the training process.
Customers from across the south of England choose to attend their two-purpose built training centres in Burgess Hill, West Sussex and Portchester, near Portsmouth, knowing that they can expect training of the highest standards.
The Matrix Standard is the international quality standard for delivery of information, advice and guidance (IAG), and Steve Willis Training was independently assessed to ensure that training provision meets all the rigorous Matrix requirements.
This year’s renewal focused on the continuing developments and improvements that have been made to IAG provision over the last year and highlights the strength of apprenticeship training in particular.
