Tom Mason, marketing manager – UK and Ireland said: “This was a significant market breakthrough as it meant that plumbing and heating installers could access our products without further expense. Up until then, fittings falling within this size category were recommended to be installed ‘in-situ’ with only a B or V profile jaw.
“However, after a stringent and intense nine-month trial period, our technical team were satisfied that a good seal could be achieved using an M profile and we unveiled this at Installer Live in June last year.”
