Spirotech has expanded its popular range of SpiroVent RV2 deaerators, providing installers working on larger jobs with the opportunity to offer additional levels of protection to the heating system.
The SpiroVent RV2 is now available to suit connections up to 2” and utilises the same Spirotube technology to create the right conditions for microbubbles to rise upwards out of the water, before being released by an automatic valve at the top of the unit, efficiently removing air from a heating system.
The presence of air can affect a heating system in many ways, leading to corrosion and the formation of magnetite. By investing in a deaerator, engineers can offer long term protection against corrosion to their customers, who will likely also experience improved energy efficiency from their heating system.
Built to last, the SpiroVent RV2 is made from brass and is backed by a market-leading 20-year guarantee. The unit is now available in ¾”, 1”, 1¼”, 1½” and 2” sizes alongside the existing 22mm and 28mm deaerators.
Spirotech is the global leader in system water conditioning and analysis for HVAC and process systems, with over 60 years’ experience in developing solutions to prevent and remove air and dirt for domestic, commercial and industry applications.
