Market leaders can’t afford to be complacent. Their position can only be maintained by offering the best products and service, and by constantly improving what they do. This is the philosophy that reportedly drives the Norstrom operation.
Every time one of its Proflush machines comes in for a service, Norstrom takes the opportunity to assess its condition. By studying areas of wear and tear, the company knows which parts of its design to modify in the next model. Customers will barely be aware of any issues, but Norstrom’s engineers are developing solutions.
The Professional Standard model is the reliable workhorse in the Proflush range, but after more than eight successful years, it’s being updated based on user feedback and service findings.
Favourite features of the model remain – including the robust metal fixings and the company’s policy of including everything a plumber needs in the box, but there are significant improvements.
The upgraded version is sturdier, but for easier handling and transport, lighter components have been used wherever possible. And because power flushing needs plenty of power, the motor has been beefed up.
