Renewable energy company, Organic Energy, is creating up to nine new jobs in a bid to meet demand for its wood pellet boilers.
Organic Energy, which has its headquarters in Welshpool, is recruiting for technical support roles as well as engineers and regional managers.
The move reflects the growth in the renewable heating sector which is happening across the UK.
The new roles will ensure the company keeps pace with the demand while maintaining its reputation for customer service and technical support.
Managing director, Andy Boroughs, said: “Both homeowners and businesses are quickly waking up to the benefits and cost savings of renewable heating solutions.
“Initially, we’re recruiting for technical support roles at our Welshpool headquarters, and regional technical support engineers in the north and south of the UK who will link in with our nationwide network of approved installers.
“These are great jobs which put the right people at the cutting edge of the renewable energy sector, which is only going to keep growing.”
The company is also looking to recruit regional development managers as well as administrative support.
