LPG Training delivers a range of courses, focusing on training and assessment for LPG, natural gas, oil and water, across the UK and Europe.
From July 1, 2016, changes to the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedures (GIUSP) will be introduced. The updated procedures detailed in Edition 7 are designed to ensure a clear safety message is given when unsafe gas installations are encountered.
The top priority for registered gas engineers has always been to ‘safeguard life and property’ and the new guidance in Edition 7 helps clarify the safety message to end users whether they use natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
It is therefore, important that Gas Safe registered engineers are up to speed with the new version and to this end, LPG Training has created an online course detailing the changes coming into force this July.
This training course is provided entirely free of charge and can be completed in approximately one hour.
LPG Training’s suite of training manuals have also been updated in-line with the changes to GIUSP.
